Laser treatment for facial veins

Facial veins (Spider veins) are formed by an increase in blood pressure. The body releases the pressure by forcing blood into veins on the surface of the skin. In the skin condition known as rosacea the cheeks and nose flush easily and over time turn permanently red.

This problem can also be caused by family predisposition, normal ageing process and over exposure to the sun.

While spider veins and flushed skin are not a major medical problem, most sufferers are keen to get rid of them as they have an unsightly appearance that can affect the confidence of sufferers greatly.

Facial vein removal works by using a laser to deliver precise dosages of energy to each vein. By carefully targeting the individual areas, there is minimal risk to the surrounding skin.

The laser is a precision instrument that delivers the energy through a special hand piece directly to the targeted vein. The tissues of the vein absorb the energy causing it to die off.

Two or three treatments may be needed, but most veins will disappear immediately, giving outstanding results!
