The Vaser Lipo procedure uses advanced ultrasound technology to emulsify the fat, under local anaesthetic, whilst avoiding the veins, nerves, blood vessels and surrounding tissue, which leaves them relatively intact. The fat is then aspirated. Even though there's some minor swelling, the results are instantaneous, and there's further body contouring and skin tightening over the next 6 months.
