Fabulous Results..Vaser Lipo Nottingham

This young lady has been coming to us for a while for various treatments. Chatting one day, she was intrigued about other procedures we perform at Selston. We told her all about Vaser Lipo and how it was one of our much asked about and performed treatments.

She explained she had gone through a very early menopause and subsequently put on a substantial amount of weight that she could not shift even though she leads a very active lifestyle. 

She is a professional by day and a DJ by night involving lots of dancing and jigging about! 

On her next visit to us she had decided she was going to go forward with the treatment and booked herself in.

She was to have her full font done in one procedure, then was going to come back and have her flanks done another day.

Dr Bassi did Vaser on her upper and lower abs and she came back to see me for her aftercare. From day two she was looking extremely flat and she was one over the moon girl! We kept up with her massages and her boyfriend pummelled her inbetween our sessions.

She then returned to have her flanks done, but she was looking that fab from having her full front done that she did not need the flanks doing. She opted to have her upper back fat Vasered instead.

The photos below shows her on the day before her first treatment and the second one was taken just four weeks post op. She looks amazing as you can see, does not look like the same girl at all. She is so tiny! It is lovely to see her confidence now she has  her old body back and the fact she wants to get all her old crop tops out for when she is doing her evening job!

Vaser Liposuction..... Before and After Nottingham and London

The old saying, you cant turn a sow's ear into a silk purse... well think again!

Look at these pictures of Vaser Lipo.. what a difference in the before shot to the after video... we think he looks pretty fab!

We were expecting pretty average results from this guy.. as you can see he is pretty overweight and had let it all go. What a surprise to see him some time later looking like he had been hanging around a gym ;)

We feel we under promised but over achieved with our results in this case. Our man also post vaser lipo adopted a healthy lifestyle and did attend the gym occasionally, i.e, once or twice a week. 

Before lipo he would try to lose weight, he would slim down but end up with a gaunt looking face. 

He followed his post op care religiously which included lots of ultrasound and massages right up until his 4 week review. 

Vaser lipo is great at de bulking if you want a slimmer look and want to look good in your clothes.

Vaser Hi Def is great for guys who are close to their bmi and want to add more definition to their torso. Six packs are easily achievable on clients with small amounts of fat, its just a matter of removing that fat and emphasising what is already there. 

Post op care is super important to ensure you keep the result the procedure has left you with. My view is Dr Bassi does 50% of the work, the other 50% is down to how you look after the result afterwards. It is so important to make sure everything is kept smooth with ultrasound and massages.

Dr Bassi gives you a bespoke aftercare package specifically tailored for you and your particular procedure. This should be followed to the letter. Any shortcuts can be detrimental to your result.

Vaser Lipo Before and After Nottingham and London

Vaser lipo is an ideal way to sculpt and define the body and target problem areas. If you are fit and well, within or close to your bmi, have skin that is still elastic, then you will reap the rewards from Vaser Lipo.

Tear Troughs/ Dark Circles/Shadows Nottingham

Deep hollows under the eyes can be so aging and leave you looking like you haven't slept in weeks.

The eyes are the first thing people notice about you when they look at you  'eyes being the window to your face'!

No amount of eye creams are going to help with hollows or dark shadows, usually make up is the only thing that will disguise them...and this is generally not an option for most men!

There are a lot of sophisticated dermal fillers available now that can be injected into tear troughs giving an instant plumping effect of the hollows. 

We use Teosyal Redensity for eyes which also has clever light reflecting technology which masks the dark shadowing under the eye.

This treatment takes 20 to 30 minutes and results are instant. There is minimal downtime, although you might experience a little bruising as the skin under the eye is very delicate.

Compared to having a Blephroplasty, tear trough treatment is a fraction of the cost. Bleph's start at around £3000 and you have the inconvenience of surgery, and the downtime and bruising that comes with that procedure.

Tear trough treatment is suitable for most clients, but when you come for consultation, your requirements will be discussed and very rarely surgery will be the only answer.

Lip Enhancement And Lip Augmentation Nottingham

This lady who travelled up from London had lip fillers at a Harley Street clinic but was not too impressed with the outcome. She wanted a more balanced look. 

By using a combination of lip enhancement and augmentation to the upper and lower lip a balanced look was obtained...making her lips look natural and lucious! The results below are after 1ml of Teosyl Kiss.

This following lady has with the aging process developed thin lips. The upper lip is assymetrical.

She has never had any lip filler treatment in the past.

She now has more fullness to her lips.

This is a staged procedure as she is keen to have more fullness to her lips and will be returning in four weeks to have another 1ml lip filler. 

We always advise our clients to start with 1ml of lip filler, if further lip enhancement/augmentation requires a further syringe, it is usually given after 2 to 4 weeks to allow the lips to settle from the 1st treatment.

Vaser Lipo...Vaser Hi Def...Nottingham - London

Vaser Lipo is the number one procedure for fat removal. It is performed under local aneasthetic, so you are wide awake and chatting throughout. It can be done under twilight sedation, but this generally bumps the cost up as an aneasthetist has to be present. Most clients opt for Vaser Lipo as it a safer way of  having lipo that doesn't involve being put to sleep.

You can go home the same day and get  on with your life, no hospital stays and no big downtime as for traditional lipo.

We are really busy at the moment as everyone is preparing for Summer holidays and that 'beach body'. But the vast majority of clients are still the gym bunnies who just can not rid themselves of little areas of fat that will just not shift!

The big trend with the guys is to go for Hi Def, the six pack look. For the little extra the Hi Def costs compared to basic fat removal, it really is a no brainer! 

Hi Def is great for people who are within their BMI or who can only pinch an inch or two. Once the six pack is carved out the sky is the limit once the client hits the gym and further enhances their result.

This young man was one of many that travel to us from London after reading reviews on the clinic and Dr Bassi.  He wanted rid of his little paunch and a tad more  definition.
