Women come in all shapes and sizes!

Sometimes the sizes start to get a bit bigger than we would like, and we find that we gain weight on our tummy, bottom or face, some acquire a well-endowed bosom, while others pile extra fat on their thighs.

Vaser Liposuction..... Before and After Nottingham and London

The old saying, you cant turn a sow's ear into a silk purse... well think again!

Look at these pictures of Vaser Lipo.. what a difference in the before shot to the after video... we think he looks pretty fab!

We were expecting pretty average results from this guy.. as you can see he is pretty overweight and had let it all go. What a surprise to see him some time later looking like he had been hanging around a gym ;)

We feel we under promised but over achieved with our results in this case. Our man also post vaser lipo adopted a healthy lifestyle and did attend the gym occasionally, i.e, once or twice a week. 

Before lipo he would try to lose weight, he would slim down but end up with a gaunt looking face.

Vaser Lipo...Vaser Hi Def...Nottingham - London

Vaser Lipo is the number one procedure for fat removal. It is performed under local aneasthetic, so you are wide awake and chatting throughout. It can be done under twilight sedation, but this generally bumps the cost up as an aneasthetist has to be present. Most clients opt for Vaser Lipo as it a safer way of  having lipo that doesn't involve being put to sleep.

You can go home the same day and get  on with your life, no hospital stays and no big downtime as for traditional lipo.

We are really busy at the moment as everyone is preparing for Summer holidays and that 'beach body'. But the vast majority of clients are still the gym bunnies who just can not rid themselves of little areas of fat that will just not shift!

Vaser Hi Def at Nottingham And London

This young man came to Selston Cosmetic Clinic for Vaser Lipo Hi Def. He was an excellent candidate for the procedure as he required minimal fat removal and the definition that he could acquire. He had done lots of research as do most of our clients on forums and decided Dr Bassi was the man to do the job.

He came to Nottingham for the weekend and was slowly transformed over the course of the two days. 

He looked amazing as soon as the procedure was finished, his skin was taut and his definition looked really fabulous.
