Procedure
We flood the target area with local anaesthetic via very tiny and carefully made incisions. The doctor will make a couple of small cuts between the skin and the muscle layer and will then insert a small thin probe. We send the vaser ultrasound energy to the targeted areas, using very thin, solid and grooved probes. Its innovative technology respects the veins, nerves, blood vessels and surrounding tissue, so leaves them relatively intact. We deliver the energy to the fatty deposits between your skin and muscle, causing fat cells to vibrate, and this action dissolves the fat cells and simply melts the fat to liquid. The liquid fat is then drained from the body through suction.

Post op care
Choosing to have a cosmetic procedure, going through with it and paying out good money, is no use whatsoever if you don't follow the doctor's recommendations for well-needed care afterwards. MLD - Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Some swelling after a vaser lipo procedure is normal and it's highly recommended to have MLD sessions to help reduce any swelling. Body massage helps to unblock and drain the lymphatic system and accumulations of liquid that's in the body, partly as a result of the anaesthetic solution being trapped under the skin. Following a vaser procedure, patients have to wear a compression garment on the area of the body that's been treated, to aid the healing process. The compression garment holds and supports the skin, giving the area the help it needs to heal naturally. Firmer, Youthful Skin with Pelleve Radio Frequency Skin Tightening - Nottingham, Derby, Mansfield & Chesterfield

When we apply the radiage wand to the skin, there might be a feeling of brief, mild to intense warming sensation around the treatment area as the radio frequency energy heats and tightens the loose and lax skin of the face and neck. The result is an improvement in skin quality and firmness, which you can see and feel.


Those with mild to moderate wrinkles who have a single Pelleve treatment show immediate improvements in wrinkle reduction and skin laxity, and this continues to improve up to six months after the treatment. The results are immediate and because we don't use anaesthesia, any swelling is minor, there is no recovery time and you can return to work immediately. Very occasionally there is redness of the skin this usually subsides within a few hours.
