Vaser Tickle Lipo
At Selston Cosmetic Clinic we are combining Vaser Lipo technology with Tickle Lipo technology.
The Vaser will achieve skin tightening and break the fat down by ultrasound technology, we will then aspirate the fat using the Tickle system... a form of vibrating liposuction.
The advantage of this will be a more faster, comfortable procedure and we can tackle larger areas in one sitting.

Vaser Tickle.... The Next Level
Very soon we shall be introducing Vaser Tickle to Selston. This is taking lipo to the next level.
The benefits from this system are that we will be able to remove more fat from larger people, and do more areas in one go as the amount of anesthetic needed is less than Vaser alone.
This will result in the procedure being more cost effective for the client. Return visits for more areas might not be required!

Botox... Longevity and Effectiveness
We recommend to all our clients to have Botox injected every 3 months. This keeps on top of the wrinkles and doing it religiously within this time frame doesn't allow the muscles to fight back!
A recent magazine article agreed with this. Research concluded that if patients had Botox every four months for two years, the frequency of treatment could be reduced to six monthly with good results and patient satisfaction!
It also concluded that patients who began Botox treatment between the ages of 30 to 50 are preventing progressive wrinkles from forming!
So keep hammering those lines every 3 to 4 months and we will all be having our 21st again soon! ;)

Brrrr...... Autumn is definitely here!
Well it is definitely getting very Autumnal, the leaves have dropped and the temperature is declining rapidly! Summer holidays quickly become distant memories!
My holiday to my own 'little bit of heaven' was incredibly relaxing. Wonderful foods and delicious wines, temperatures of up to 46 degrees and meeting some amazing and nutty people!
Well back to reality.....
Its time to start preparing for the Winter season and all the parties we hope to be attending! And what better time than now to be thinking about Vaser lipo. Compression garments can be hidden under the layers of winter clothing, to be discarded in time for the party season when you reveal the new svelte you!

Vaser Lipo....After Failed Bodytite!
This young lady has a Bodytite procedure to her upper/lower abs/flanks in January this year.
She told us all the areas were treated in one go. She came to us unhappy and needless to say she felt she had very minimal results!
We councelled her, emphasised that the treatment would have to be done in two procedures, using Vaser Hi Def techniques to obtain optimum skin tightening. Officially this is around 33%.
Her other option would have been a tummy tuck which she did not entertain at all!
Her results below are a week after upper abdomen procedure, the skin is tethering and tightening up as shown below.
The lower abdomen was vasered 12 weeks before and we have obtained amazing skin tightening!
