This following lady was a very difficult case. Her inner thighs were uneven from the top to her knees and her upper thighs met in the middle.
We attempted to smooth out the unevenness as much as possible with Vaser Lipo and to give her a smooth line from the knee to the upper thigh and to create a gap in the upper thighs.
This lady's expectations were very realistic.
Selston Cosmetic clinic's policy now is to blog all our procedures with before and after photos. The pictures below demonstrate a satisfactory result and a happy client! She is returning in four weeks for her outer thighs.
